Vessels calling the Spanish ports during this period, and shortly thereafter, will be affected. Considering the above situation we are forced to implement a congestion surcharge of EUR 16 per TEU.

The said surcharge will apply to all loading and discharging moves in Spanish ports. The surcharge shall stay in force until the industrial action is formally withdrawn and the situation normalized for a sustained period.
