The Koblenz Multimodal Express will start with a fixed schedule of two round trips per week

Every Monday and Thursday, the train will run from Rotterdam to Koblenz, and on Tuesdays and Fridays from Koblenz to Rotterdam. Arrival is always the next day. In Rotterdam, the train will run between the terminals RSC, APMT 1, ECT and Euromax. A connection to the terminals APMT 2, RWG, RST North and South is possible.

Arndt Puderbach, manager of the Contargo terminal in Koblenz, calls the Express an alternative to the direct trucking offer of Contargo. “Rail transport is almost as fast, but cheaper than transport by truck.
