Spanish exports:

  • From Spanish ports
  • To West Africa ports
  • Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge : EUR 100 / TEU
  • All cargo including dry, reefer, out of gauge and break bulk
  • Effective March 10th, 2017 (B/L date)

Spanish imports:

  • From West Africa ports
  • To Spanish ports
  • Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge : EUR 100 / TEU
  • All cargo including dry, reefer, out of gauge and break bulk
  • Effective March 10th, 2017 (date of discharge in Spain)
  • Surcharge is payable in Spain
