The companies will each own a 50% stake in the new container terminal that they will operate jointly.

The new container terminal will be a 18,500 sqm facility, with two cross-loading tracks and a 200 m long siding. The project will be ready for operations in the second half of the year. The first trains are expected to arrive at the turn of the year 2017/2018.
