Hapag Lloyd: Russia – Implementation of Winter Surcharge
We would like to inform you that with effect from December 1, 2017Hapag-Lloyd will implement a winter surcharge for all shipments to and from St.
Petersburg and Ust-Luga in Russia due to the additional costs related to serving these ports as a result of harsh weather, convoy restrictions, ice conditions etc.
USD 65 per TEU in trades with USD ocean rates
EUR 60 per TEU in trades with EUR ocean rates
This will be valid for all equipment types until further notice.
